Terms and Conditions

• The prices shown are per room / apartment per day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• As of 01.01.2015 a municipal residence tax of Euro 1,40.- per person per day for guests aged 14 years or older, will be applied. The tax is not included in the price of the stay.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the corresponding deposit;
• In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded (art. 1385 CC);
• For late arrivals or early departures we will charge the total price of the booking;
• The account is payable on the day before departure, preferably by cash or check;
• The rooms are available from 13.00 on the day of arrival and available until 10:00 am on the day of departure;
• If the arrival is after 17:00 we would be happy to know this in advance by giving us a phone call;
• We do not accept pets;
• No smoking in the apartment / room.

Ski bus service (bus stop at 20 mt):

• 1 day: € 2.50
• 3 days: € 4.00
• 7 days: € 6,00
• Children up to 16 years travel for free

Conditions for cancellation (articles 1382 and 1341 of the civil code):

We kindly ask you to send us any cancellation of the reservation in writing which will have the following effects:

The conditions of sale annexed and forming an integral part of the offer shall be deemed to have been implicitly accepted at the time when the amount intended as a confirmatory deposit is credited.

Deposit and transfer:

The deposit required to confirm the reservation is a guarantee of the same and not an advance payment on the services provided, therefore at the moment when the subject (booking) to which it refers is not possible to return it. In the event that the requested deposit does not reach us within the period indicated in the correspondence, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

Insurance: A late departure, cancellation or interruption of your stay, may result in penalties at your expense.
To avoid such expenses, we suggest you to take out travel cancellation insurance. Further information can be found here:
